Hot water took over seven minutes to heat up!!! The indoor pool was extremely chilly, making it non-enjoyable!!! Also, no hot tub despite what was advertised!!!

The hotel was spotless, making me feel right at home. I loved that parking was free, which is such a bonus for a stress-free stay. Plus, the King Suite was super comfortable, allowing us to relax and recharge after a long day of adventures!

The staff went above and beyond. Chris and his team even brewed coffee early when they saw I had an early workday. A minor downside was the hairdryer in the room. it didn’t function properly. I also had trouble with the toilet handle. it didn't work correctly unless I was careful. Despite these issues, the room was clean and well-managed. The location worked perfectly for accessing the interstate, meaning I could easily venture out to explore.

It was just a commendable fit for a city break in Springdale with best value for money ratio. I enjoyed the nice coffee served early in the morning, which was a welcome surprise. Ask about breakfast hours for better planning.

I stayed in the King Suite. The room was clean and modern, with a cozy, comfortable bed. Breakfast included delightful pancakes which were a nice touch. Staff members like Chris, Alexia, and Mallory were proactive in brewing coffee early for my workdays. However, while the carpet felt clean, I tripped due to its raggedy condition in front of the door. The shower curtain liner didn’t do a good job keeping the water in, leading to a wet floor after showers. I found one small bar of soap placed in the bathroom, which was inadequate for two people. Though the room had its perks, these minor issues made me feel that the management could improve attention to detail. There was also some noise from the elevator, which could be a concern for light sleepers. I appreciated the effort made by housekeeping and noticed that they worked hard to keep the common areas clean.
